Scott Noyes

Scott is an independent Energy and Carbon Management Specialist based in Auckland, New Zealand, with a passion for the efficient use of resources. With a 30-year background managing a broad range of technical solutions within the Built Environment, including 12 years focused on energy efficiency solutions, Scott provides Energy and Carbon Management advice and services to the market. These activities range from the development of Environmental Sustainability Policy and Plans through to Energy Auditing and the delivery of Energy Conservation Measure projects.

Scott has been a board member for the Energy Management Association of New Zealand for the last 8 years and was Chair from 2014 – 2018. Since becoming a CMVP in 2014, Scott has become a champion for the development of the Measurement and Verification profession in New Zealand and has wide ranging experience developing M&V Plans and providing M&V Reporting for small and large EPCs in Australia and New Zealand.
